What is a "Confirmed Booking" and further information
- You can check immediately whether we have rooms/beds available and you can book straight away by using your credit card - you will receive a booking confirmation by email immediately.
- When you book, our provider charges you a non-refundable 1,50€ to check your credit card. We only charge your Credit Card for the accommodation when you check in or in case of no show!
- You do not have to reconfirm your booking - it is secure
- You can change or cancel the booking yourself online without charges if done before 2 days (48 hours) before arrival. All cancellations must reach us in written form or email
- All bookings above 250€ or group-bookings must reach us as a "Confirmed Booking" Cancelation or no show policy see: General business conditions: (7)
- You can only book one cabin (max 4 guests) per booking process, but you can do several booking processes - larger groups (>8) must please "reservation" button
- If you simply want to check availability or have any questions, please do not use this form but contact us directly under "information"
- The boat rules of the Hostel are an integral part of the General Rules and Conditions. When house rules are violated, the Eastern Comfort hostelboat Berlin is allowed to terminate the admission contract without further notice. You will find the house rules in the hostel or we can send them to you on demand and at your expenses.

The reception is open 24 hours (12pm-8am only night guard)

* we are looking forward to welcoming peaceful groups only, since we consider ourselves a rather relaxed hostelboat. We do not accept stag or hen parties, or anything of the similar. Should such groups book anyway, we will refuse accommodation and terminate the admission contract without further notice. In such case that services are not used by the affected Customer, cancellation fees in accordance with cancellation rules will apply
