Advantages of booking with us online:

1. You will find out instantly whether we can offer you a cabin or not, and you can immediately reserve the room with a credit card, and receive an immediate confirmation email.
2. To ensure validity, we will book 1,50€ (non-refundable) from your card. The full cost of the stay will only been charged in person on arrival, or in case of cancellation, will be deducted from the card.
3. You do not have to reconfirm your booking – it is secure
4. A confirmed booking can be cancelled or changed for free online up until 48 hours before arrival.
5. All bookings over 250 € or group bookings must in each case be confirmed online. Cancelation or no show policy see: General business conditions: (7) 
6. Per online booking, we can only reserve one cabin, of maximum 4 people. However, you can make multiple bookings. For larger groups, please send us an email in advance for information, and organisation.

You stay at your own risk, everybody must be able to swim, if not then it is the responsibility of the ones booked/parents.
